BIO – REACTOR(DST-FIST FUNDING)

The bioreactor is an indigenously developed and automated experimental setup including in-situ sterilizable Glass Fermentation Reactor vessel, Aerator, Agitator, and Measurement & Control Unit for temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen and Anti-foam and fully instrumented for both batch and fed-batch operations.

DISTILLATION COLUMN (DST-FIST FUNDING)

Self-reliant computer interfaced sieve plate distillation column unit including feed vessels and pump, re-boiler, condenser, reflux separator, product collecting tanks, bottoms product cooler/feed pre-heater, suitable for use with flammable solvents and fully instrumented for both batch and continuous operations.

Fieldbus Laboratory (DST-FIST Sponsered)

State-of-the art Fieldbus Laboratory has industrial type control systems namely DELTA-V and CS-3000. The lab consist of variety of intelligent field instruments such as FF based pressure and temperature transmitters, pneumatically operated control valve with FF positioner, HART enabled DPT.
